Apply to the ONLINE SCHOOLS held in December 2023 and March 2024 by following this link and completing the online application form.
Please also email a copy of your CV, a scan of your highest level qualification, and English Language test score (if applicable) to summer.school@qeh.ox.ac.uk. Applications made without the submission of these documents will not be considered.
Instructions for payment of the course fee will be sent with your offer of a place. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received. Offers are made on a first-come, first-served basis to suitably qualified and experienced applicants. Each school has a maximum of 50 spaces.

We occasionally experience technical difficulties with the online form. If you have experienced any problems submitting the form, please contact us at summer.school@qeh.ox.ac.uk. If you have submitted the online form but not heard from us within 21 days, please contact us.

Important dates for 2023 and 2024 courses
Online Schools
For the December 2023 and March 2024 Online Schools, participants will be admitted on a rolling basis and admissions/bookings will close when maximum capacity has been reached.
If you are making a bursary application, the deadlines are:
DECEMBER: Sunday, 8 October 2023
MARCH: Sunday, 14 January 2024
You will be notified of the outcome of a bursary application 1 month before the course is due to take place.
We recommend early registration and payment for all Schools to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee that there will still be places available by or on these deadline dates, therefore we advise confirming your place as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the participant, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations received between 2-3 weeks before the start date: 100% of the course fee is refundable.
- Cancellations received 2 weeks before the start date: 50% of the course fee is refundable.
- Cancellations received less than 1 week before the start date: 0% of the course fee is refundable.
