Apply to the International Online School

To make a bursary application (David Turton Award) for the December 2025 school, please click here.

Applications for the Online Schools running from 16 - 20 March and 20 - 26 June 2026 will open approximately three months before the course start date.

Important: Please also email the following to summer.school@qeh.ox.ac.uk, applications without these documents cannot be considered:

  • A current CV
  • A scan or photo of your highest-level qualification
  • Evidence of English-language proficiency (if applicable)

How Your Application Is Processed

  • Offers are made on a first-come, first-served basis, once your eligibility is confirmed.
  • Course fee payment instructions are sent with your offer; your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Each cohort is capped at 50 participants, so we recommend early application to secure your place.

Form Access & Technical Support

  • Our application is conducted via Microsoft Forms, which complies with GDPR standards. Learn more about Microsoft’s GDPR measures on their website.
  • If you encounter any issues with the form or haven’t received a response within 21 days, please email us directly at summer.school@qeh.ox.ac.uk for assistance.

Important Notes & Cancellation Policy

Applications are processed on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. Bursary outcomes (David Turton Award) are typically communicated one month before the course start.

Cancellation Terms:

  • 2-3 weeks’ notice: 100% refund
  • 2 weeks’ notice: 50% refund
  • 1 weeks’ notice: No refund
