Catherine joined Forced Migration Review in May 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a freelance copyeditor within the NGO sector and as a Digital Content Editor at Oxfam, responsible for policy and practice communications, including managing a blog sharing research and learning. She has also worked in humanitarian response for Oxfam, and in varied roles for All We Can and Christian Aid.
She studied English Literature and Spanish at Durham University, and has lived in Chile and Senegal.
