This event will address a number of issues, including: Dublin returns; the UK Supreme Court Ruling in EM(Eritrea); the pending ECtHR ruling in Tarakhel; the rights of migrant children and citizenship rights; interactions between the Charter and the Convention.

The event is open to all and is free of charge to ISEL members (there is a €30 charge for non-ISEL members, payable on arrival). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please register for the event on the ISEL website.
