Will is a Lecturer in International Relations at Royal Holloway, University of London, and a former Departmental Lecturer at ODID's Refugee Studies Centre. With Alexander Teytelboym, he is the co-founder of Refugees' Say (, an NGO working on developing new research and tools to improve refugee resettlement to make it work better both for refugees and the communities that host them. His latest book, Mobiilising the Diaspora, co-authored with Alexander Betts, is out now with Cambridge University Press
