Tamsin Kelk

Communications and Information Coordinator

Tamsin joined the Refugee Studies Centre in 2014 and is responsible for managing and coordinating the RSC's communications activities.

This work focuses on three interrelated areas of activity: developing and implementing the RSC's communications and information strategy and functions; management and development of the RSC's web presence; and editorial work on RSC publications.

Prior to joining the Refugee Studies Centre, Tamsin worked at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine for many years in editorial and communications positions, as Assistant Editor on the journal Health Policy & Planning and Communications Officer on two HIV and sexual health research programmes. She left in 2012 to return to student life and study for an MA in International Communications and Development at City University London.

Tamsin also holds a BA in Geography from Royal Holloway & Bedford New College, University of London (now Royal Holloway College).
