Listen to the podcast of the RSC's Refugee Week Panel Discussion held on 17 June 2015

As part of Refugee Week (15-21 June), the Refugee Studies Centre joined forces with Oxford Refugee Week and Asylum Welcome to hold a panel discussion on the topic: ‘How should Europe respond to the Mediterranean refugee crisis?’

Chairing the panel is Dr Jeff Crisp (RSC Research Associate). The four speakers are: Dr Nando Sigona (University of Birmingham and RSC Research Associate); Professor Alexander Betts (Refugee Studies Centre); Dr Mariagiulia Giuffré (Edge Hill University and RSC Visiting Research Fellow); and Professor Cathryn Costello (Refugee Studies Centre).

Please note, the podcast includes presentations by the four speakers and also answers from the panel to questions posed by audience members. However, for legal reasons, we are unable to podcast the audience members asking the questions.
