Office Manager, Nairobi

Salama Mariam is a student at Southern New Hampshire University where she is undertaking her BA in Healthcare Studies. She works as RLRH’s Office Manager in Nairobi where she oversees day-to-day operations. She also coordinates facilitation of support programmes for the RSC’s online course.

Before joining RLRH, Salama worked at Young Muslim Association, a non-profit that aims to improve the livelihoods of Muslim refugees.She has volunteered at the Kenya Red Cross Society for three years supporting projects related to implementation of first aid project in rural Kenya and community outreach. She is interested in inclusion of minority groups, refugee documentation and access to work permits, quality healthcare, and education.
