Bio

Héloïse Ruaudel  is the Policy Programme Manager at the Refugee Studies Centre since 2009. Prior to joining the Refugee Studies Centre, she has worked for nine years in the humanitarian and human rights fields in conflict, post-conflict and development environments for a non-governmental organisation and the United Nations. She served as the Great Lakes of Africa Program Manager for the Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers. Héloïse also worked over three years for the United Nations Office of the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) as a Humanitarian Affairs Officer both in the field and at headquarters. Ms. Ruaudel was previously deployed as a Resettlement Officer for UNHCR in Cameroon and Uganda, where she worked with refugees from the Horn, East, Central and West Africa.
