Bio
Dr María-Teresa Gil-Bazo is a Lecturer in Law at Newcastle Law School, where she teaches Public International Law, and Human Rights. Between 2004 and 2007, Dr Gil-Bazo was a University Research Lecturer at the RSC, where she taught International Refugee and Human Rights Law, and was also a Member of the Faculty of Law. Between 1999 and 2004, Dr Gil-Bazo was first responsible for the work of Amnesty International EU Office (Brussels) in the field of Justice and Home Affairs and later for the EU Office of the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE).
